Features

  • Added reporting on last restore time for Veeam, CrashPlan, Macrium Reflect, and Carbonite
  • Added being able to send the % for which CrashPlan backup will send alerts in the Computer record (default off)

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the Contact Menu would drop a forward slash in URLs.
  • Addressed intermittent plugin crashes in Backblaze, BitDefender, OS, Users, and Battery.
  • Fixed issue with Memory Check plugin reporting threshold passing incorrectly
  • Fixed issue with getting last run time which resulting in the agent running too frequently.
  • Fixed issue with Volume plugin not updating the summary correctly if drive had not been edited in the Control Panel.
  • Fixed an issue which caused certain Microsoft products such as the Surface to report as a Virtual Machine.
  • Fixed issue where an unknown version of Carbonite could cause a plugin crash.
  • Corrected typos in the Memory Check plugin’s output.
  • Changed how we test for WMI availability before attempting to run. Plugins will exit cleanly more often, resulting in more accurate reporting of issues.
  • Fixed an issue with the Windows Backup plugin related to newly created users.
  • Fixed issue where a system fails to complete its initial report after system boot. Agents will no longer wait one hour before the next report.
  • Fixed issue with Device Manager failing if both the name and the ID of a device could not be found.
  • Fixed a condition which could prevent the Contact Menu from displaying mailto links.
  • Fixed an issue which could include too much data when more than one OneDrive accounts were in place.
  • Fixed an issue where the limit of system Users to report would get ignored.
  • Fixed an issue where Volumes plugin could report a capacity of 0.
  • Fixed an issue which prevented the failed report log from getting trimmed.

  • Unified support for BitLocker reporting on all Windows OS
  • Simplified reporting in cases where the Memory Check plugin found many errors.
  • Changed CrashPlan to only inform of incomplete backups after the number of days configured in the plugin’s settings.
  • No longer alerts on Veeam, CrashPlan, Macrium Reflect, Carbonite status if a restore has occurred since the last successful backup.
  • Removed MalwareBytes from automatic inclusion in expiration reporting.
  • Changed how we report Macrium Reflect backups to be grouped by user/installation location.
  • Changed alerting of User lockouts to be informational.
  • Simplified wording in the Windows 7 backup when there are no destinations found.
  • Improved identification of non-critical “severe” issues, as reported by Device Manager.
  • Added human-readable codes to Windows Backup last item exit
  • Added option to limit the number of OneDrive accounts reported.
