We’re chasing a bug in the new disk i/o error which results in a blank volume name. The i/o count is valid, but the name is showing as “”
We’re also reviewing better ways to avoid letting you know about how a USB Thumb drive will suffer an i/o error or two as it’s ejected. Same with optical drives.
We’ve created a fix for this, which is in testing, and will be a part of our upcoming 5.2 release
