Watchman Monitoring is upgrading its database servers.
In support of future server upgrades, and for increased resiliency, we will be migrating to a new database server.
Work will begin today near 3PM CST.
The server will be unavailable once the final replication begins. Our trial runs have each gone smoothly and we expect the server to be back up shortly.
Reports & API Calls will see 503 messages
During the downtime, computer reports and API calls will receive “503 Service Unavailable”.
Reporting will resume automatically
Computers will try again every 10 minutes to send their reports, and will pick up where they left off once the server is back online.
